Art2Silkscreen™ Plastisol Ink

Our black phthalate-free plastisol ink is easy to use, has a soft hand feel and is perfect for direct printing onto a variety of fabrics including t-shirts, hoodies, canvas bags, polo shirts etc.

Will touch/flash dry within seconds and fully cure at 155°C using either a heat press, a flash dryer or a tunnel dryer.  Can be dried using a heat gun although this should not be used as a reliable source of heat curing to ensure the print is fully washfast.

Recommended Meshes: The Art2Silkscreen™ black ink is recommended to be printed through 34T - 120T mesh counts.

Recommended cleaning products: Our High Strength Screenwash is recommended for use in conjunction with this ink for the quickest removal, or alternatively for an eco-friendly alternative use our organic or emulsifiable screenwash.

Recommended Emulsions: Use a plastisol resistant emulsion when printing with our plastisol inks.  Either our Art2Silkscreen™ One Coat Emulsion, Hybrid+ Emulsion, or our Saati Emulsions are suitable for this.
