NYLOBOND Agent for Plastisols improves the adhesion and durability of plastisol and hybrid inks on nylon jackets, bags, and waterproof fabrics. This bonding agent ensures long-lasting prints with strong abrasion resistance.

Easy Mixing for Optimal Performance

• Add 10-15% NYLOBOND Agent to plastisol or hybrid ink (by weight).
• For 10% addition, mix:
  • 6 oz. Bonding Agent per 1 litre white ink
  • 4 oz. Bonding Agent per 1-litre color ink
• For 15-20% addition (for highly waterproof garments), mix:
  • 9 oz. Bonding Agent per 1 litre white ink
  • 6 oz. Bonding Agent per 1-litre color ink

Important Usage Guidelines

• Less than 10% may reduce adhesion and abrasion resistance.
• More than 15% may impact opacity and shorten shelf life.
• Working life: 10% mix lasts 8-16 hours, 15% mix lasts 6-8 hours.
• Always test on the actual fabric before printing.
